In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that building spaces, fixtures, and equipment are consistently clean and well-maintained. Your day-to-day tasks will include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; dusting surfaces; cleaning windows, doors, and walls; and emptying waste receptacles. Additionally, you’ll assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Maintenance
- Conducts regular cleaning of floors, windows, doors, walls, tables, and light fixtures.
- Sanitizes bathrooms, showers, and replenishes soap, towel, and toilet paper dispensers.
- Manages waste disposal by emptying trash bins and maintaining clean, accessible waste receptacles.
- Communication & Coordination
- Maintains open communication with Company personnel and management to report cleaning concerns or needs.
- Provides assistance to service providers and collaborates with team members for efficient cleaning operations.
- Client Relations
- Interacts courteously with clients, ensuring that their environment is always presentable.
- Additional Duties
- Completes special cleaning tasks as assigned.
