Key Responsibilities

The Commis Chef will also help control food stock, minimize waste, and ensure that food costs are kept within budget.

The Commis Chef will be responsible for ensuring that workstations are clean and well-maintained. This includes adhering to safety regulations, using equipment in line with specifications, and ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times. Participating in stock takes and adhering to health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations are also key aspects of the role.

Operations Control
