About the Global Young Professionals Programme 2026
Genesis’ Annual Global Young Professionals Programme is designed to nurture talent passionate about creating meaningful impact. The programme is open to newly or recently qualified graduates, as well as early-career professionals, who are legally eligible to work in South Africa or Kenya.
For the 2026 intake, analyst roles are available in the following practice areas:
