What is the Sanlam Human Capital Internship?
The Human Capital Internship is a fantastic opportunity for graduates eager to build a career in HR. This program allows you to be part of a dynamic and diverse team that supports various HR functions within the organization. You’ll have the chance to work closely with seasoned professionals in the Human Resources department and assist with various processes related to recruitment, performance management, and onboarding.
As an intern, your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Assisting in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

- Managing performance management systems to assess employee progress and feedback.
