YES Internship Programme Overview

As a YES Intern in Operations, the successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining store compliance, analysing data, and supporting process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data received from Group Audit on legislative and store compliance.
• Drive key risk performance indicators (KPIs) by reporting and distributing store risk insights.
• Educate field staff on risk mitigation and compliance procedures.
• Support the Process Administrator in developing and updating store policies and procedures.
• Extract and analyse weekly and monthly Yoobic Health Check missions.
• Provide management with feedback on late banking and banking variances.
• Ensure OHASA letters are signed by store and field management.
• Maintain and update risk trackers, including HANIS, banking, store initiatives, first aid training, and compliance certificates.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to guide and support store risk management.
• Compile process documentation as required.
• Strive for high service levels and continuously improve operational processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with divisional field management.

This YES Internship is Head Office-based, offering real-world experience in corporate operations and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Computer literacy with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Analytical thinker with sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
