Key Responsibilities
As a BP Global Supply Chain Learner, you will:
Quality & Performance
- Track supplier quality performance and record non-conformities.
- Capture and report customer complaints via BP’s global database (eQMS).
- Monitor third-party manufacturers’ quality performance.
- Generate periodic reports on supplier and product quality.
Product Change & NPI Process
- Coordinate product changes and new product introductions (F2103 process).
- Engage with technology, marketing, manufacturing, and third-party partners.
Customer Samples & Complaints
- Manage and distribute customer complaint samples.
- Track progress of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
Compliance & Audits
- Follow up on quality audit findings with suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this BP Learnership, applicants must have:
- A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills (English – written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
