About the Role:
The Advanced Researcher role is designed for passionate scientists and innovators interested in exploring Africa’s rich biodiversity to develop sustainable, bio-based cosmetic ingredients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research into bio-based and biodegradable cosmetic ingredients.
- Lead feedstock mapping projects across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Identify and evaluate sustainable raw materials (plants, minerals, clays, etc.).
- Collaborate with researchers, startups, and academic institutions.
- Ensure all research adheres to Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) regulations and local legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:
