About the MHSC Internship Programme
The MHSC Internship Programme is specifically designed for unemployed graduates aged between 18 and 35 years. This 24-month initiative begins on 1 February 2025 and concludes in January 2027, during which successful candidates will be fully immersed in workplace activities under the guidance of skilled professionals.
The programme seeks to expose graduates to practical work experience across several critical business units. Interns will play an active role in contributing to the MHSC’s mission while enhancing their knowledge and skills in their respective fields of study.
Available Internship Positions
The MHSC is offering internship opportunities within the following business units:
- Research (3 Positions)
Fields: Mining, Engineering, or related disciplines. - Supply Chain (1 Position)
Fields: Supply Chain Management or Logistics. - Finance (1 Position)
Fields: Finance or Accounting. - Human Capital (1 Position)
Fields: Industrial Psychology or Human Resources. - Governance (1 Position)
Fields: Governance or related disciplines.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this incredible opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in one of the relevant fields.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be aged 18–35 years by 1 February 2025.
- Be an unemployed graduate seeking workplace exposure.
