The Necsa Group Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) for TVET students program offers a fantastic opportunity for young South African graduates to gain practical experience and develop essential workplace skills. This initiative, facilitated through the Necsa Learning Academy, is a structured 24-month program designed to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world application.

If you are a TVET college student who has completed an N6 qualification and needs practical exposure to graduate, this is your chance to enhance your skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • South African Citizen
  • Age between 18 and 35
  • Completed N6 Qualification from a recognized TVET college
  • A letter from your institution confirming that you need practical experience to graduate
  • Must be unemployed

Applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate program will not be considered. If this is discovered after appointment, the contract will be immediately terminated.
