Requirements
Eligibility Criteria for Both Programmes:
- Age: 26 years or younger.
- Citizenship: South African citizen by birth or permanent resident. Candidates from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for roles in those countries.
- Education: Must have completed or be completing an undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2025.
- Academic Performance: Minimum 65% aggregate in your most recent academic results.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of a B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) – NQF Level 7.
- For Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, or Information Systems/IT — a 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) is also accepted.
- Work Experience:
- For the Discover Graduate Programme, less than 2 years post-study experience.
- For the Internship Programme, 0-1 year post-study experience.
