Internship Programme Overview
Rallim invites applications from motivated, passionate individuals for its 2025 Internship Programme. This internship is a structured, one-year opportunity to gain hands-on teaching experience while working alongside experienced educators in a modern learning setting.
Available Internship Departments:
- Intermediate Phase (Grades 4–7)
- Sports Department
- Culture Department (includes creative and performing arts)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist educators in daily classroom teaching and learning activities.
- Participate in and lead two extra-curricular activities per week.
- Engage in professional development through mentorship and ongoing coaching.
- Contribute to the development of learners using Rallim’s integrated, tech-forward approach.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited teaching qualification (e.g. B.Ed or PGCE).
- Reside in Cape Town or be willing to relocate at own cost.
- Demonstrate competence in computer literacy and digital teaching tools.
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
- Show a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-player mindset.

- Valid Police Clearance Certificate
- Sexual Offenders Register Clearance (less than 6 months old)
- Child Protection Register Clearance (less than 6 months old)

- Valid South African Work Permit (if not a citizen)
- Certified Copies of Qualifications and SAQA Evaluation (if applicable)
