Key Responsibilities

As a Make-Up Artist at PCG, your role will involve a variety of key responsibilities aimed at maximizing sales, enhancing the NARS brand image, and providing exceptional customer service. Here’s an overview of what you’ll be doing:

1. Maximizing Turnover, Profit, and Productivity
   • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
   • Focus on driving sales through the make-up product range.

2. Brand Management
   • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive.

3. Stock Management and Store Operations
   • Merchandise stock according to brand guidelines.
   • Report out-of-stock items daily to the store manager.
   • Handle stock administration, loss prevention, and stock level management.
   • Follow all procedures related to asset control, point-of-sale operations, and security.
4. Customer Experience
   • Provide exceptional and consistent service to all customers, creating personalized and memorable experiences.
