Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Draw merchandise from the stockroom upon request and bring it to the sales floor. This includes organizing and marking products for easy identification and display.
- Shelf Management: Ensure that products are neatly packed and displayed on shelves for customer access. You will maintain a well-organized floor to improve customer experience.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other team members to maintain store standards and achieve operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in locating and selecting products as needed, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements
To be considered for the position, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (NQF 4).
- Experience: While experience in irrigation or a related field is an advantage, it is not mandatory. A passion for agriculture and a willingness to learn are essential.
