This opportunity is ideal for unemployed matriculants seeking formal training and practical work experience in a professional call centre environment.
Fifteen learnership positions are available, offering a structured pathway to gain an NQF-aligned qualification along with on-the-job experience at one of South Africa’s most reputable FMCG companies.
Programme Location
Successful candidates will be placed at Clover’s Customer Service Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, Gauteng. Candidates residing in the West Rand or surrounding areas will be given preference. Minimum Entry Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Matric must have been completed between 2020 and 2024
- Minimum of 55% for English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership previously

Key Responsibilities
Learners will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate where necessary
- Accurately capture and confirm orders within expected timeframes
- Inform customers of account holds or any order-related issues
- Promote Clover and partner products by offering suitable product ranges
- Suggest new or promotional items when engaging customers
- Maintain professionalism and contribute to a cohesive team environment
- Attend team meetings and support shared objectives
- Take responsibility for managing and displaying relevant information
