1. Internship Opportunity: Learning Programmes Operations

Duration: Two Year Programme
Monthly Stipend: R9,306.18

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of artisan and non-artisan learnerships.
  • Learner enrollment in various programs (OHS, FLC, AET, etc.).
  • Scanning and uploading agreements on SIMS.
  • Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing meetings, workshops, and events for the Learning Programmes Unit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or Matric certificate.
  • National Diploma in Human Resources Development/Management, Public Administration/Management, or Training (NQF Level 6).
  • A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in a relevant field is an added advantage.

2. Internship Opportunity: Strategic Planning

Duration: Two Year Programme
Monthly Stipend: R9,306.18

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the compilation of the Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan (APP).
  • Coordinate Funding Policy and Discretionary grants review meetings.
  • Assist with grants administration, including processing applications and assessments.
  • Help manage the compliance calendar for MQA planning.

  • Mooi Nooi, North West
  • Kathu, Northern Cape

  • Contract management for youth development and TVET agreements.
