Sasol Learnership Programme Overview
The programme consists of two components:
- Theoretical Learning – Participants will gain knowledge in various fields, including Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication, and Computer Skills.
- Practical Work Experience – Learners will receive on-site training, supporting managers and departments to improve organisational effectiveness. This real-world experience equips individuals with the skills necessary for future career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
