Willowton Group Bursary Programme

The Willowton Group is offering bursary programme for the 2026 academic year. These bursaries are aimed at students in South Africa who are facing financial challenges and are unable to pay for their tertiary studies. This initiative will cover all fields of study and is a significant opportunity for those seeking support to pursue their educational goals.

Bursary Programme Coverage and Categories

As per Shariah (Islamic Law), the bursary is intended for students who fall into one of the following categories:

  • The poor
  • The needy
  • The administrators of Zakah
  • The reverts
  • Those in debt

This bursary is a grant, meaning it does not require repayment. The bursary will be administered by the South African National Zakah Fund (SANZAF).

The Willowton Group bursary will provide financial assistance for the following expenses:

  • Registration fees
  • Tuition fees and textbooks
  • Laptop and monthly stipend
