Minimum Requirements
Essential:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
Advantage:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
The successful graduate will support the People & Culture team across multiple transformation and compliance functions, including:
Transformation & Compliance Support
- Coordinate Transformation Committee meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Participate in stakeholder sessions and verification processes.
- Contribute to reporting and compliance documentation.
- Support data collection for Employment Equity, Skills Development, Procurement, and Management Control scorecard elements.
- Assist with B-BBEE audits and maintain transformation audit evidence folders.
- Update internal ESG and People & Culture data tables.
- Compile monthly and quarterly People & Culture and ESG reports.
- Learn and apply document control and data register practices.
Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in awareness campaigns and internal roadshows.
- Shadow ESG and Transformation teams during audits and engagements.
- Lead mini-projects and complete a capstone project aligned with ESG or Transformation goals.
- Provide logistical support for events and campaigns.

- Ability to interpret audit requirements and compile evidence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management, workplace etiquette, and adaptability.

- Capability to manage multiple tasks, including audit preparation and data reporting.

- Must pass MIE verification with a clear criminal record.
