Key Responsibilities of the Marketing and Admissions Assistant
The successful candidate will report directly to the Schools’ Marketing and Communications Manager, providing essential support to the Marketing and Admissions team. The role includes a wide range of tasks, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships within the school community.
Main Duties:
- Admissions Processing: Assist in the efficient processing of school admissions.
- School Tours: Conduct engaging and informative tours for prospective families.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate various school events.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Central Office.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling content that highlights the school’s values and offerings.
Minimum Requirements
Waterfall Schools is looking for a candidate who excels in both administrative and marketing functions. The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Proficiency with Google and Microsoft apps and a solid grasp of time management.

- Marketing Experience: Previous experience in marketing is essential.
