- Liaise with site managers to fix missing/incorrect personal or payment info.
- Follow up on payments, handle payment rejections, and resubmit where needed.
- Administer wage payment queries, and deactivate ineligible/ghost participants.

- Salary: R163 680 per annum (Level 03)

Minimum requirements (what you need):
- Grade 12/Matric (or equivalent).
- PSIRA registration — Grade C (must be valid).
- No experience required.
- Computer skills: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Training: Basic Security Officer Training.

Technical knowledge (nice to have/understand):
