Who Can Apply?
- Unemployed graduates from South African universities.
- Must hold the required qualification for the specific post.
- Must not have previous work experience related to their qualification.
- Must be willing to undergo security vetting and background checks.

How to Apply
Applicants must follow the correct application process as outlined in the DPSA Circular: The Independent Police Investigative Directorate Internships:
- Submit Z83 form (new version only, available at www.gov.za/documents).
- Attach a detailed CV (do not submit copies of qualifications at this stage).
- Applications with old Z83 forms will be rejected.
- Answer all compulsory sections of the Z83 form.
- Include an affidavit confirming you have never participated in a similar programme before.
- Non-South African citizens must provide SAQA evaluation of foreign qualifications (only if shortlisted).
- Applications received late or incomplete will not be considered.
- Closing Date: 19 September 2025.
