Role Overview
As a Code 10 Driver at VKB Group, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries of goods, contributing to the smooth operation of the logistics chain, and upholding the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and Delivery: Ensure goods are delivered on time and safely.
- Minimise Risk: Take proactive steps to reduce any risks associated with transport.
- Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or accidents promptly to management.
- Stock Control: Ensure accurate offloading and loading of stock, maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Client Service: Provide excellent service, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Administrative Duties: Perform related administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: A minimum of Grade 12 or NQF4.
- Licence: A valid Code 10 driving licence with PDP.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agriculture sector.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to add value to existing processes.
- Personal Attributes: A commitment to teamwork, compliance, and effective communication.
