Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Lead Generation and Property Collection:
Collect vital information about properties, canvassing to find new properties to sell. You will be instrumental in gathering market data to enhance the success of Zakeni Realty’s offerings. - Property Marketing:
Plan and organize property photography and staging to create the most appealing listings. This will also involve setting up and attending show days to showcase properties to potential buyers. - Valuation & Negotiation:

- Hold a Matric Certificate.
- Have completed an NQF level 6 qualification (Degree).

- Be enrolled for an NQF4 qualification and committed to completing the Professional Designation Examination.
Additionally, you will need a laptop, smartphone, and a driver’s license to succeed in this role. The position is commission-based, offering a competitive commission split for those who perform well.
