Role and Responsibilities
As a Grade 0000 Teacher at Trinityhouse, you will be part of a team dedicated to the holistic development of pre-primary children. Your primary role will be to create a learning environment that fosters individual growth, preparing children for formal schooling. Key duties include:
- Academic Delivery: Deliver future-focused education to motivate, inspire, and challenge students.
- Academic Assessment & Reporting: Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Student Behaviour Management: Establish and maintain discipline in the classroom, fostering a positive learning environment.
- School Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold and promote the school’s values, contributing to its positive reputation.

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A post-matric certificate (NQF Level 5) in Early Childhood Development (ECD), or an undergraduate degree (NQF Level 6) in ECD or Foundation Phase Education (B.Ed.).
- A PGCE is required if the degree is in a related field such as Psychology.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience.
- SACE certification and police clearance are mandatory.
- Proficiency in computer and digital literacy.
- First Aid certification.
