Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Design Coordinator at TFG, you will be responsible for ensuring that all design and sample processes are completed smoothly and within deadlines. Below is a breakdown of your daily responsibilities:
- Managing Critical Path Timelines
- Ensure that all design components are correct and ready for processing.
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Sample Preparation
- Make sure samples are created, photographed, and ready for capsule showing days with the retail team.
- Prepare marketing samples and deliver them to the buyer’s assistant on time.
- Retail & Omni Process Support
- Follow up on samples and hand them over to retail teams for the Omni process.
- Ensure overseas samples are processed, ironed, photographed, ticketed, and stored correctly.
- Reporting & Communication
- Keep the design team updated on the progress of styles.
- Send out reports on monthly styles every second day.

Qualifications and Experience Needed
