Client Service Administrator Learnerships

Momentum Corporate is inviting young South Africans to apply for its 2026 Client Service Administrator Learnerships, based in Centurion, Sandton, and Cape Town. The learnership begins on 1 February 2026 and runs for 12 months, with successful candidates employed on a fixed-term contract and earning a monthly stipend.

About the Learnership Programme

The programme provides both theoretical training and practical exposure in a corporate environment. Participants will complete an INSETA-accredited NQF Level 4 qualification in Long-Term Insurance, opening access to career paths such as:

  • Client Service Administrator
  • Service Consultant
  • Pension Fund Administrator

While the learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, it gives learners valuable industry experience and access to large-scale corporate networks.

Positions are available in two provinces:

Gauteng (Centurion & Sandton)

Across all sites, learners will work with internal teams, corporate clients, and service stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 18–25 (including those turning 25 in 2026)
  • Education: Completed Matric with:
    • English
    • Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting
  • Language: Able to read, write and speak English
  • Employment Status: Currently unemployed
  • Previous Learnerships: Must not be enrolled in or have completed another learnership
  • Documents: Certified ID copy and Matric results must be attached — incomplete applications will not be considered

Duties and Responsibilities

Learners will work within Momentum Corporate’s client service environment, supporting internal and external stakeholders. Duties include:

Internal Responsibilities

  • Handling client service processes and requests
  • Resolving queries within required timeframes
  • Supplying documentation and information as needed
  • Complying with legislative and internal guidelines

Client-Focused Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining working relationships
  • Meeting service level agreements
  • Managing expectations professionally
