2. Unemployed Learnership 2026 – General Programme

Minimum Application Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Completed Matric/Grade 12.
  • English (minimum pass: 50% for PWDs / 60% for general learnership).
  • Mathematics (40% for PWDs / 50% for general learnership).
  • Mathematics Literacy (50% for PWDs / 60% for general learnership).
  • Not currently studying or registered for another learnership.
  • Not previously part of a formal learnership in the insurance industry.
  • Must be unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.
  • Computer literacy will be an advantage.
