Minimum Application Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Completed Matric/Grade 12.
- English (minimum pass: 50% for PWDs / 60% for general learnership).
- Mathematics (40% for PWDs / 50% for general learnership).
- Mathematics Literacy (50% for PWDs / 60% for general learnership).
- Not currently studying or registered for another learnership.
- Not previously part of a formal learnership in the insurance industry.
- Must be unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.
- Computer literacy will be an advantage.
