Key responsibilities
- Serve guests at Box Office, Catering, or Collections with accurate, friendly service.
- Upsell movie products and promotions using current knowledge of Ster-Kinekor offers.
- Maintain presentation standards, including age restriction displays, synopsis files, posters, F&B displays, and disclaimers.
- Prepare popcorn, slush, and related items to defined quality standards and report any deviation.
- Assist with shift preparation in assigned areas.
- Safeguard the quality and integrity of products to protect the guest experience.
- Present a professional image at all times and uphold Ster-Kinekor values.
- Keep kitchen, equipment, counters, and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
- Maintain storerooms to standard and arrange fumigation when required.
- Seal, package, and store prepared items correctly.
- Submit Health and Safety reports on schedule.
- Wear the correct uniform and follow preparation standards to promote personal and team safety.
Minimum requirements
Education
- Matric.
Experience
- 0–1 year in a similar role.
Tools and systems
- MS Office Suite at basic level.
