Phlebotomy Technician Learnerships Opportunity:
- Limited seats available for learners currently in matric, expected to write NSC exams in 2024.
- Opportunity to join the Academy in 2025 and train as a Phlebotomy Technician.
Key Competency Requirements:
- Specific requirements based on June 2024 results:
- Life Science/Biology ≥ 50% with Mathematics ≥ 40% OR Math Literacy ≥ 60%.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Basic understanding of Afrikaans (reading, writing, understanding).
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
- Capable of handling pressure and committed to rigorous study.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to handle blood and body products.
- Customer service orientation and responsiveness.
- Availability for shifts and after-hours work as needed.
Selection Process:
