Duties and Responsibilities

As a Human Capital Learner, you’ll:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding employee processes
• Maintain employee records, filing, documentation
• Help coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities
• Provide logistical support for training and development sessions
• Capture data and compile HR performance reports
• Participate in ad hoc HR initiatives and projects
