  3. Hospital Rounds and Sample Collection:
    • Perform rounds to distribute reports and collect samples for processing, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
  4. Administrative and Customer Support:
    • Address administrative queries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
    • Provide excellent customer service, representing Lancet Laboratories in a professional and ethical manner.
  5. Monitoring Stock and Equipment Care:
