OR - Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Finance, Financial Management, or Management Accounting recognized by SAQA.

- Knowledge and Experience:
- Provisioning administration knowledge.
- Familiarity with LOGIS, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework (PPPFA), Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, and Basic Accounting System (BAS).
- Skills and Abilities:
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good supervisory and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Officer in Risk and Security, you will:
- Collect and bank hospital revenue.
- Process debtors’ accounts.
- Prepare accurate financial reports.
- Develop strategic administrative plans.
- Maintain and apply filing systems for medical records.
- Classify and reclassify patient records.
- Compile management reports.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
