Key Responsibilities

If you get this job, these will be your main duties:

  1. Support Production
    • Operate machines as per packaging requirements.
    • Complete product and size changeovers.
    • Perform minor adjustments to make sure machines run effectively.
  2. Maintenance and Fault Finding
    • Handle small repairs and fault findings.
    • Perform minor maintenance to keep machines in good working order.
    • Report major equipment problems to the team leader.
  3. Cleanliness and Safety
    • Wash and clean machines and equipment after use.
    • Store change-over parts correctly.
    • Keep the work area clean according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  4. Quality Assurance
    • Make sure products meet company quality standards.
    • Report any quality issues immediately.
    • Participate in line checks, opening, and clearance procedures.
  5. Teamwork and Development
    • Step in when the team leader is not available.
    • Attend training sessions, including GMP training.
    • Work overtime when required.
    • Participate actively in MBU (Manufacturing Business Unit) processes.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, you need:

  • Education: N4 – N6 Engineering Qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.)
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging environment (entry-level candidates are welcome).
  • Skills:
    • Technical aptitude.
    • Ability to do minor adjustments and repairs.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
