About the Learnership
This 12-month learnership is a registered qualification under the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). Learners will gain both practical experience and academic learning in the freight and logistics sector, a vital industry in South Africa’s economy.
Successful applicants will engage with multiple business divisions, supported by BIL’s Human Capital Department and guided by a Learnership and Compliance Specialist. All modules are hosted on BIL’s eLearning platform, with learners required to complete a portfolio of evidence to graduate.

- South African citizens aged 18–35
- Applicants with a Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Candidates available for full-time participation over 12 months
