Eligibility Criteria

The Commission is looking for motivated, talented individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Must hold an Honours degree in:
    • Human Resource Management
    • Human Capital Management
    • Human Capital / Organisational Development
  • No prior working experience in the same field.
  • A consistently strong academic record, with 70% or higher considered advantageous.
  • Evidence of proactive involvement in service, leadership, or initiatives beyond academic coursework.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated research, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
  • Proof of notable achievements during studies or entry into the field.
  • Computer literacy.
