Job Role: Call Centre Consultants (Outbound Sales)
The position of Call Centre Consultant (Outbound Sales) is an integral part of Kudough’s Contact Centre team. As a Call Centre Consultant, the individual will serve as the voice of Kudough, offering an exceptional customer experience to clients. Consultants will assist clients by providing guidance on improving their credit scores and reaching their financial goals. The role also involves upselling Kudough’s products and services while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities of the Call Centre Consultant
Financial Assessments and Tailored Solutions
One of the core responsibilities for a Call Centre Consultant will be to assess clients’ financial situations and provide customized solutions. This involves conducting debt assessments, affordability assessments, and offering budgeting assistance. Consultants will also provide debt counseling assessments to ensure clients are given the right advice to improve and maintain their credit score.
Sales Solutions and Upselling
Consultants will sell Kudough’s range of products to new and existing clients. They will also be responsible for upselling additional services to enhance clients’ financial wellness. Consultants will focus on identifying the clients’ needs and offering the right solutions to meet those needs. They will promote a variety of Kudough benefits, including personal loans, store cards, loan consolidation offers, and insurance benefits.
Client Service and Retention
Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of Kudough’s operations. As part of the client services and retention team, consultants will ensure that clients receive the best possible service throughout their journey with Kudough. This includes handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their financial needs, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with the company.
Key Requirements for Applicants

- Grade 12 qualification: A minimum of a matric certificate is essential for consideration.

Working Hours: The working hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. There are no work obligations on public holidays or weekends unless the KPI targets are not achieved.
