What the Internship Offers

Requirements

Applicants for the CIPC Call Centre Agent Internships must meet the following requirements:

  • Be South African citizens aged between 18 and 35.
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Call Centre Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Have strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and a willingness to learn.
  • Have never participated in a government internship programme before.

The programme specifically targets unemployed graduates who have not yet gained work experience and are eager to enter the job market.
