Key Responsibilities

- Picking, packing, labelling, and checking medications for accuracy.
- Supporting stock control by monitoring expiry dates, organisation, and cleanliness of medicine storage.
- Following up with patients regarding repeat scripts and appointments.
- Handling call centre scripts and patient service calls.
- Assisting with medical scheme authorisations for chronic, oncology, and HIV treatments.
- Reporting stock errors and shortages to the Dispensary Manager.
- Receiving and recording dispensary stock according to company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Dispensary Support Learnerships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Pure Mathematics and either Physical Science or Life Science.
- Minimum average of 50%.
- Ability to communicate in English and a second language (read, write, and speak).
