  • Medication Accuracy: You will ensure that medication is accurately picked, packed, labelled, and checked by the pharmacist.
  • Customer Service and Patient Interaction: You will assist in managing patient scripts, ensuring accuracy in tracking and follow-up. You will also assist in providing essential health information and promoting health awareness.
  • Administrative Tasks: Helping with stock reports, scheme authorization for chronic medications, and handling customer service calls related to prescriptions.
