About the Graduate Programme
The Rand Refinery Commercial Graduate Programme is an 18-month to 24-month development initiative designed for South African youth aged 25 to 35. It focuses on equipping graduates with the skills and work readiness needed to excel in highly specialised environments within the manufacturing industry.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed matric qualification.
- Successfully completed an Engineering NQF Level 7 qualification in one of these fields, with an overall average of 75% or higher:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Analytical Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
