Key Responsibilities
As a handyman, you will be required to:
- Inspect campus buildings: Conduct weekly inspections to identify any maintenance issues or damage.
- General maintenance: Perform maintenance work following safety protocols and college guidelines.
- Report damage: Observing and reporting any breakages, dangers, or damages to the principal.
- Assistance with logistics: Help with carrying boxes, furniture, deliveries, and managing lock-up and access control.
