Job Overview
As an Intern Agent, you will focus on all aspects of marketing and selling residential properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Listing and Marketing Properties: You will list and promote residential properties, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Client Interaction: Determining clients’ needs and financial capabilities to help them find the right properties.
- Sales Promotion: Engaging in marketing activities such as advertising, show houses, and client meetings.
- Documentation: Completing necessary agreements, mandates, and legal documentation for property transactions.
