Key Responsibilities

As an iStore Call Centre Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers over the phone and provide them with support, guidance, and resolutions to their queries. Here’s an overview of the key tasks you will be expected to carry out:

1. Customer Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for iStore clients, assisting with any queries regarding Apple products, services, or technical support.

  • A South African ID.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
