Main Responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement: Promote ongoing enhancements in IT and operational systems.

  • System Monitoring: Continuously monitor daily operations and systems to ensure stability and proper functionality.
  • IT Support: Provide IT support for operational systems, focusing on data and performance analysis.
  • Communication: Ensure that system changes are effectively communicated to the relevant parties.
  • User Training: Offer user training and assistance on operational systems, user PCs/laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform tasks as required by management to support the IT department.
