Key responsibilities
Sales and productivity
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive the make-up axis as a key growth lever.
- Assist with events, launches and retailer activities once certified by D&G.
- Share timely feedback on sales trends and customer issues.
Brand management
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain Dolce & Gabbana brand guidelines on counter.
Stock, merchandising and store operations
- Merchandise stock to brand guidelines.
- Report out-of-stock lines daily to protect sales and client experience.
- Execute stock administration, loss prevention and stock-level control.
- Follow operating procedures and asset security processes.
- Execute point-of-sale responsibilities accurately.
Customer experience
- Deliver a consistent, high-touch client journey.
- Build loyalty by creating unique, confidence-building make-up looks.
- Use expert artistry when demonstrating products.
- Share tips, trend knowledge and tailored education.
- Grow the customer database with new client acquisition.
- Implement CRM processes and procedures.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the sales operational plan.
- Focus on make-up while maintaining a Beauty Consultant role in fragrance to reach brand targets.
- Support onboarding for new team members.

Administration
- Complete daily tracking sheets and required reports.
- Provide retail updates as requested.
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager when needed.

Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum three years’ cosmetics experience in retail.
- Minimum three years’ advanced make-up experience.
- Certificate in Make-Up is compulsory.
- Demonstrable expert knowledge and awareness of current trends.
- Strong teamwork, active learning and problem-solving.
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts as required by the retailer.
- Own transport.
- Certified make-up artist or skilled practitioner with a portfolio.
