  • Have completed Matric or Grade 12.
  • Be currently unemployed or not permanently employed for more than 12 months with the same employer.
  • Must not be studying full-time during the learnership period (August 2025 to July 2026).
  • Must not be currently enrolled in a SETA-funded learnership or training programme.
  • Must be willing and available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be willing to commit to a fixed-term 12-month contract.
