As a Manager in this role, you will oversee the planning, development, and management of the NYDA’s facilities, ensuring that security protocols are adhered to, and maintaining the general well-being of the physical workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of facilities and security services across the organization.
- Develop and implement policies related to facility maintenance, security, and safety.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and security upgrades.
- Supervise and manage staff involved in facility and security services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Security Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
