1. Housekeepers (Head Office) x3

The NYDA is looking for dedicated and reliable Housekeepers to join the team at their Head Office. This position is a vital part of maintaining a clean and healthy work environment. The Housekeeper role involves daily cleaning duties, ensuring that the office space remains in pristine condition, and helping maintain hygiene standards across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and offices.

As a Manager in this role, you will oversee the planning, development, and management of the NYDA’s facilities, ensuring that security protocols are adhered to, and maintaining the general well-being of the physical workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of facilities and security services across the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies related to facility maintenance, security, and safety.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and security upgrades.
  • Supervise and manage staff involved in facility and security services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Security Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Experience managing teams and projects.
