Job Overview

As part of the Youth and After-School Programme, participants will help coordinate and support structured activities designed to promote learning, leadership, and life skills among young people. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating After-School Activities: You will work with other team members to plan and implement fun and engaging after-school programs for young people.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the Community Chest NYS Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. South African Citizen: You must have a valid South African ID.

6. Previous Participation: If you have previously been part of the National Youth Service Programme, you are not eligible for this phase.

• Stipend: Participants will receive R23.19 per hour, and the programme requires a 16-hour work week, so you can expect to earn a monthly stipend for your valuable contribution.
• Duration: The programme will last for 6 months, with a total of 384 hours of community-based service.
