Key Responsibilities

As part of the HR team, the intern will:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, conducting telephonic interviews, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction programmes for new joiners, as well as ongoing training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR data.
  • Participate in HR projects designed to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute actively to HR team meetings.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Access to reliable transport.
