Key Responsibilities
As part of the HR team, the intern will:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, conducting telephonic interviews, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction programmes for new joiners, as well as ongoing training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR data.
- Participate in HR projects designed to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Provide general administrative support and contribute actively to HR team meetings.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Access to reliable transport.
