  • Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Honours in Geosciences (4 years).

  • What you’ll do:
    • Gain skills to work as an environmental scientist, including processing environmental authorisation applications and conducting compliance monitoring and audits.
    • Learn practical application of environmental law in the petroleum sector.
    • Work with stakeholders, environmental practitioners, and regulators.
  • Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Honours in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, or Natural Sciences (4 years).

3. Internship: Finance (x1)

  • What you’ll do:
    • Rotate through different finance functions: accounts receivable, petty cash, cash book, accounts payable, financial statement preparation, financial management, budgeting, taxation (VAT & income tax), and asset management.
  • Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Accounting (3 years).

Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Be unemployed and a South African citizen.
  • Have achieved the required qualification at a Higher Education and Training (HET) level.
  • Never have benefited from an internship programme (MQA-funded or company-funded) before.
  • Have no previous work experience required.

Also, applicants must complete their qualifications (or provide proof, such as a letter of completion) and submit certified copies of academic record or statement of results, degree certificate (or equivalent), matric certificate, and RSA identity document.
